Appointments and Bookings

All tattoo services are by appointment only unless otherwise stated.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are confirmed only after approval by the artist and receipt of any required deposit.

Good Girl Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the tattoo. Failure to show up for an appointment, cancel within the required time frame, or reschedule excessively may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Full payment for services is due at the time the tattoo service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for providing adequate notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and refusal of future bookings.

Specific cancellation policies may be provided at the time of booking and will apply in addition to these Terms.

Age Requirement

All clients must be at least 18 years of age and present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of their appointment.

No services will be provided to minors under any circumstances.

Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattoo process or healing.

Good Girl Tattoos is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or improper healing.

Aftercare Responsibility

Aftercare instructions will be provided after each tattoo session.

Clients are solely responsible for proper aftercare. Good Girl Tattoos is not responsible for infections, fading, scarring, or other issues resulting from improper aftercare or failure to follow instructions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Good Girl Tattoos unless otherwise stated.

Tattoo designs created by the artist remain the intellectual property of the artist. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of tattoo designs without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Good Girl Tattoos is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or from tattoo services provided, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
